We currently deliver to the following destinations:

• Morocco (National)

• Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland)

⏱ Processing & Delivery times

Order processing:

• Orders are processed under 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed on the next business day .

Estimated delivery times :

These times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, or exceptional circumstances (strikes, pandemics, etc.).

💸 Delivery fees

Morocco :

• Standard delivery : starting from 30DH

• Free delivery for any order over 500 MAD

International :

• Europe  (France, Belgium, Switzerland) : standard delivery 15€

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

📦 Carriers

We work with reliable carriers:

• In Morocco : Amana, Cathedis, etc.

• International : DHL, FedEx, or the most suitable carrier depending on the country.

A tracking number will be communicated to you upon shipment of your order.

🛃 Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

• These fees are not included in our delivery rates.

• They are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in case of return.

We advise you to check with your local customs authority for more information.

📬 Unclaimed packages / Incorrect address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal by the payer, customs fees and re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

At Wate Wear , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 Return eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days following delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed , and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

• ⚠️ We do not accept returns on items in final sale or on the underwear/swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

 How to make a return

1. Send an email to our customer service at 📧 [ contact@watewear.eu] indicating your order number and the reason for the return .

2. We provide you with the return instructions as well as the address to return the product.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation via email.

 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your initial payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the item.

• The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item (size, color…), please contact us directly.

• Exchanges are subject to the stock availability .

 Damaged or incorrect items

• If you receive an item defective or incorrect , contact us within 48 hours after delivery with a supporting photo.

• We will address the issue immediately and at no additional cost (replacement or refund).
