Return eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days following delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed , and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

⚠️ We do not accept returns on items in final sale or on the underwear/swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
How to make a return

Send an email to our customer service at 📧 [ contact@watewear.eu] indicating your order number and the reason for the return .

We provide you with the return instructions as well as the address to return the product.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation via email.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your initial payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the item.

The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (size, color…), please contact us directly.

Exchanges are subject to the stock availability .
Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item defective or incorrect , contact us within 48 hours after delivery with a supporting photo.

We will address the issue immediately and at no additional cost (replacement or refund).
